Job Overview

We are looking for a fresher to join our team in the role of Instructional Designer, based in Bangalore . A Hybrid contract-to-hire role with responsibilities spread across design and implementation of learning programs in line with company services. You will have the opportunity to be part of a growing team, contributing to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop educational programs and learning modules tailored to SME and startup needs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective instructional materials.
• Integrate multimedia elements into instructional designs to enhance the learning experience
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to maximize outcomes
• Alignment of educational content with company goals and provides value to clients and stakeholders.
• Training sessions and workshops that promote entrepreneurship and skill development.
• Utilize feedback to refine and improve instructional content and delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design to incorporate best practices.
