Qualification

Work Experience

Essential

Bachelor in Science/ MCA/ B.E(EE/ECE/CS)  from a recognized University/Institution

5 years of Experience in the subject matter.

Of which 3 years(out of 5 years) of field experience may be desirable .

Experience of handling entire process of organizing a hackathon, marketing the event, driving registrations, ideating, and creating prototypes. 

Experience in event planning, logistics, vendor management, client relations.

Strong history of advertising, planning, executing virtual/physical events, and identifying opportunities to maximize events attendance and engagement.

Manage incoming customer support request and detailed tickets to track and resolve issues.


Desirable

MBA/ Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) / Certified Professional in Catering and Events (CPCE) / Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)
