- Regular alignment, greasing, cleaning and fit-up of all rotary equipment
- Regular Cleaning of all types of filters and equipment
- Timely replacement of air compressor kit
- Carry out quality welding in timely manner
- Troubleshoot any plant and equipment breakdown/leakages immediately or on preventative basis
- Ensure correct equipment fitting and positioning with fabrication team as per detailed engineering
- Ensure pipeline layout and fitting as per detailed engineering
- Check overall welding work for leakages, cracks and quality
- Ensure proper pump foundation, balancing and fitting during erection
- Ensure proper insulation of hot and cold lines along with equipment
- Ensure proper placement and fitting of instruments
- Ensure safety measures during all times
- Ensuring availability and security of required tools, tackles and consumables related to mechanical field work
- Unloading, Shifting and Loading of various materials
