-Ensure proper cable tray placement and cable laying as per detailed engineering approved by the E&I manager (both electrical and instrument)Conduct proper fit-up of all instruments including control/auto valves, RTDs, thermocouples, temperature and pressure gauges, etc. 

-Re-programming and making IOs in PLC, whenever required Computation of electrical and instrumentation bill of quantities Conduct routine and preventive maintained of instruments, actuated valerate, etc. 

-Conduct proper calibration of instruments and ensure best possible accuracy of readings Trouble-shooting and timely resolution of all instrument and PLC related problems

-Ensure quality of all electrical bought-outs Supervise Electrical Contractor and ensure compliance with detailed engineering

-Ensure proper earthing of all plant, equipment, panelists. including placement of lightening arresters, earthing pits ,etc.

-Ensure proper cleaning of instruments, electrical panels, fittings, stabilizers, etc.

-Develop preventative and corrective maintained measures with E&I Manager to reduce break-downs

-Conduct routine and preventive maintained of motors, Screw Chiller, VAM, VFD, PLC, electrical panels, stabilizers, UPS, instruments, auto valves, etc

-Ensure proper maintained of all plant motors, field instruments, etc. including spares

-Ensure DG maintained and follow-up with service provider for AMC, Spares ,etc.

-Ensure Minimum HSD stocks for DG Ensure ESP electrode cleaning on regular basis Create and Update Instrument & Electrical Maintained Log Book

-Create and Update Instrument & Electrical spares and consumables sheet with E&I Manager

-Create and follow-up order placement requests for spares and consumables with E&I Manager

-Create and Update DG Maintained Log Book Create and Update Diesel Consumption Log Book ---Regular monitoring and reporting of daily power consumption including power factor Supervise in routine maintained of weigh-bridge including vendor follow up, calibration, etc.  

- Ensure all statutory compliances for electrical and weigh-bridge Supervise and ensure safety of manpower and equipmentman other responsibilities given by management
