Roles and Responsibilities

1.     Class Room Observations, Curriculum Designing and planning, providing training to teachers.

2.     To develop assessment tools for teaching and non-teaching staff members.

3.     To know and understand their potential and to organize various kinds of relevant skill development programs which focusses on the overall development of the staff members.

4.     Monitoring academic excellence of schools

Skills Required

1.     Overall 15 years of teaching experience and 5 years of relevant experience

2.     Should be post graduate with B.Ed.

3.     Good Communication and interpersonal skills

4.     Good Presentation and Analytical Skills
