Job Role-

1. Understand the job role.

2. Identify which sources will be suitable to get maximum cvs.

3. Talking to candidates and screening the same

. 4. Sharing company JD and other details with candidates and get confirmation.

5. Interview coordination with client.

6. On shortlisted candidates, follow up for final round with client.

7. On selection- be in touch with joining.
