Job description / responsibilities / work profile:

 

  • Lead conversion from various sources/channels.
  • Acquisition of new clients.
  • Consistently meet revenue goals with respect to company goals.
  • Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its presence.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, work independently / cooperatively as a part of a team to meet customers’ objectives, and deadlines and be comfortable interacting with multiple levels of the organization.
  • Traveling across regions and finding out new business opportunities.
  • Build and promote long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.


Skills required:

 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent command over English/ knowledge on Kannada and Hindi is a plus.
  • Expertise on Ms office/ excel is a must.
  • Understanding engineering drawings is a plus ability to work as a team/ go-getter attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as and when required.

 

Location: Peenya industrial estate, Bangalore (the candidate should be ready to relocate).

 

Education: Graduate, preferably engineering background, not necessarily / MBA in marketing is a plus.

 

Experience: 10 to 15 years proven experience in similar role/sales or business development knowledge in the industrial domain (machine building industry) is must.

 

Work week: Monday to Saturday 9:00am - 5:30pm (work from office)
