Responsibilities

●       Develop, Test and maintain high-quality software solutions

●       Write clean, maintainable and efficient code

●       Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure nest practices

●       Engineering graduate or equivalent degree in computer science or application

●       8 – 10 years of experience in software engineering

●       Experience in Golang, MongoDB development

●       Experience in working with Rest APIs

●       Good experience in Agile Methodology and DevSecOps.

●       Manage Developers by coaching and guiding for project delivery

●       Responsible for end to end project life cycle

●       Good in task allocation, tracking and closure

Advantageous

●Experience in Angular, Spring boot, SQL, MessageQueue

Mandatory Skills

●                   Golang: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Golang development

●                   API: Proficiency in developing APIs with experience in REST or RPC or GRPC

●                   Database Management: Proficiency in MongoDB is preferred. Familiarity with SQL databases is also acceptable

●                   Java/Node Js: Solid experience in at least one additional language with a preference for java or Node Js

●                   Algorithmic Problem Solving: Ability to solve basic algorithmic problems and write efficient code

Desired skills (Advantageous)

●                   Messaging Systems: Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, NATS, IBMMQ or Kafka

●                   Frontend development: Exposure to single-page application (SPA) development, particularly with Angular

●                   Industry Exposure: Previous experience or exposure to the banking and finance industry

●                   Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms, Preferably AWS and proficiency in deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment

Qualifications

●                   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field

●                   Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions

●                   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

●                   Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
