Job Summary –

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities -
● Contribute in the End to End (E2E ) client onboarding process primarily in the
area of Lead generation, Know how of B2B sales , data gathering for
client/Industry research , apply validation techniques.
● Interacting with Prospect leads to gaining their trust and understanding requirements.
● Prioritize and plan key target clients for Cold Calling , Follow up meetings, coordinate with
Sales Team Lead for maximizing conversions of prospects to onboarding.

● Collaborate and facilitate key meetings with the Sales team and/or other internal
stakeholders from time to time.
● Good knowledge of using digital platforms for sourcing new business
opportunities. (ex LinkedIn)
● Coordinate between Sales Team and customers for business development.
● Strong inclination for data mining/analyzing of companies and individuals profiles
as part of Lead Generation.
Key Requirements /Skills/Experience
Experience (Minimum & preferred) - 3+ years
Qualifications (Minimum & preferred)- Graduate ,
MBA
● Comfortable in working with multiple geographies i.e Middle east,North America USA, Europe, APAC.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
