Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance websites using a static site generator.
• Integrate a headless CMS to pull content dynamically into the website.
• Build reusable components and templates using HTML templates to ensure a modular and maintainable codebase.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure a seamless web experience.
• Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and SEO best practices.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure a seamless experience across devices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues with content delivery, performance, and functionality.
• Stay updated on emerging web development trends, tools, and frameworks.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in website development
• Proven experience with a template driven static site generator and JavaScript (Node.js).
• Strong experience working with a headless CMS platform.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
• Experience building responsive websites with modern design patterns.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience using 11ty and/or Contentful
• Knowledge of continuous integration/deployment workflows (e.g., Jenkins).
• Experience with Git version control.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms and CDNs.
