We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM & ITSM Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across IT Operations Management and IT Service Management.

Responsibilities:

Ø  Lead the overall architecture for ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules, ensuring a unified and scalable platform.

Ø  Design high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) architecture for Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.

Ø  Establish platform governance, standards, naming conventions, and best practices.

Ø  Define CMDB models, relationships, data governance, and reconciliation strategies.

Hands-on experience with ITOM modules:

2.       ServiceNow Architect ITSM

Strong knowledge of ITSM modules:

·       Incident, Problem, Change

·       Request & Service Catalog

·       Knowledge Management

·       SLA & Workflow design

Deep understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes and enterprise IT operations.

Experience designing integrations with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.

Ability to create architecture diagrams, HLD/LLD documentation, and process maps.

Strong understanding of networks, application topologies, and infrastructure components.
