As a Senior Associate in the SAP UI5/Fiori domain, you will play a key role in a team of problem solvers, addressing complex business challenges from strategy through execution. You will leverage your expertise to provide high-quality solutions and deliver value to clients. This role involves both leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior team members, while maintaining professional standards and ethics.

Job Title: Senior Associate - SAP UI5/Fiori

Experience: 6 - 10 years

Educational Qualification: BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MBA

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days a week/8 days a month)

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements to provide solutions, create functional specifications, and implement technical components.
• Develop Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Unit Test documents for technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior resources, conduct knowledge sharing sessions, and document lessons learned.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Points of View (POVs) on emerging technologies like Blockchain and AI.
• Perform end-to-end configuration, extension, and customization of Fiori applications.
• Develop OData services, Web Services, and CDS Views, and integrate them with Fiori.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to address unstructured challenges and manage project deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, and manage incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and address personal development areas.
• Communicate effectively in a structured way and build quality relationships with clients and team members.
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct in all interactions.

• Participate in cross-competency projects and contribute to the development of Centers of Excellence (COE).

Position Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP UI5/Fiori developer or architect, with a strong background in backend development and configuration (OData services, Annotations, ABAP, RFC/BAPI), preferably in an S/4 HANA environment.
• Proficient in SAP Development Tools, including WebIDE and Eclipse.
• Expertise in UI5 programming (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, Angular JS).
• Experience with Cloud Connectors and SAP configuration for Enterprise Master Data.
• Core experience in ABAP on HANA with UI5, including ATC and code inspector configurations.
• Experience with Fiori Architecture, ABAP/Fiori development, and the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model.
• Proficient in performance tuning, code optimization, and Agile project methodologies.
• Familiar with testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver).
• Experience in Live Cache programming and CIF interface.
