About the Role

We are looking for highly driven Sales / Business Development Executives (B2C) with proven experience in individual contributor sales. This is a fully remote role where you will be responsible for selling our online International Career Coaching Webinars to your own network and leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage your own sales leads through personal networks and referrals
  • Sell online International Career Coaching webinars to prospective customers
  • Handle the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Achieve weekly sales targets of 18 successful conversions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Conduct sales conversations via phone calls, video calls, and online platforms
  • Maintain accurate sales records and follow reporting requirements
  • Work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales or business development
  • Proven ability to source and convert self-generated leads
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Experience in online sales, webinar sales, or education/coaching sales is a plus
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
  • Ability to join immediately is highly preferred
