Network team Lead

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for client India and other region's FT plan set;

2. Responsible for latest technology learning, debugging, plan setting.

3. Prepare FT report, raise FT bugs, and track till closed. 

4. Be the bridge between Client and chipset

5. Drivers and operators’ technical team; Monitor and evaluate tester Performances, and guide team member to              improve

6. Responsible for the development of field test programs in India and non-India regions.

7. Responsible for the introduction of new technologies, test program development, debugging.

8. submit test field defects, test report, with the measured approach the problem.

9. representatives Client and solutions provider, operator technical teams to communicate.

10. develop and guide the team to achieve project goals.

11 Monitor, evaluate, and feedback team member performance and guide.

Job Qualifications:

1. Above bachelor’s degree, tele-communication as major cause, fluent in English or Chinese communication.

2. More than 5 years' FT experience.

3. Knows well about PAN India network conditions, operator plan and chipset vendor's specifications, good at analysing MTK, QC network, modem logs. Has experience with QC or MTK FT is in a higher priority.

4. Having experience in developing Test plan, Test strategy, Test cases and review with Team.

5. Knowledge with 3GPP specifications (NAS/RRC/ L3, L2, L1) and network elements.

6. Defect tracking follow up and Sound knowledge in testing concepts.

7. Willing to travel in and out of India to support FT.

8. Familiar with the entire Indian network environment, operators, planners familiar with technical planning, and familiar with Qualcomm, MTK network, modem log analysis. Have prior experience in Qualcomm or MTK.

9. Have experience in developing project site testing, strategy, writing, reviewing field test cases.

10. Defect tracking and proficiency test theory knowledge.

11. Willing to travel in India, overseas support field test
