Job Description

• Domain expertise in OSS/BSS and knowledge of one/more OSS/BSS COTS product.

• Should have in depth knowledge of at least one COTS product like a Siebel, OBRM, Comverse Rating/Billing, Convergys Geneva, Intec Singl.eView etc.

• Preferably be hands-on experience of one of these COTS products

• Knowledge about Enterprise products (B2B space) is needed – e.g. managed broadband, managed security etc

• Manage Architecture deliverables; ensure understanding of Solution across all Epics and Tracks.

• Preferably have knowledge of some EAI product like Oracle Fusion(AIA), TIBCO, SunJCAPS, Websphere Integration Server etc

• Functional & technical knowledge of BSCS or INTEC or OBRM would be excellent.

• Strong fundamental understanding of OOAD, UML,Rational design models and experience of working with modeling tools like Rational Rose, IBM EnterpriseArchitect etc.

• Experience in C,C++, Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML.

• Knowledge of RDBMS (preferably Oracle), DB concepts, DB modeling, DB design skills, DB sizing and DB tuning. Prior experience in DB performance measurement and tuning is an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of Mobile, Fixed, Cable and NGN domains

• Knowledge of Industry Standard architecture framework like TMF Framworx (eTOM/TAM), TOGAF etc

• Experience of working in agile and/or distributed scaled agile (SAFe) environment

• Prior experience of technical delivery leadership for medium to large cross functional, globally distributed & diversified teamSuggest point of views, Solution evaluation & rapid prototyping

• Experience of working across Telecom space in the areas of Next generation OSS, OSS modernization and experience in service fulfillment domain is preferred.

• Knowledge of business processes for Concept to Market, Lead to Cash and Trouble to Repair cycles in Telecom

• You will drive synergies across the broader team by sharing knowledge, seeking innovations, and applying learnings, locally, regionally and globally.

• You will also help drive a team culture and ways of working where all are engaged, demonstrating proactivity, teamwork, strong performance, high professional ethics and high energy.

• Mature, patient and persuasive.

• Should have excellent documentation skills.

• Should have good communication and presentation skills.

• Should be comfortable in interacting with people at all levels including Functional Heads,CIO, CFO, CEO, etc
