Key Responsibilities

● Design and Launch Data Products Build analytics tools and forecasting models that drive sales planning, campaign performance, pricing, and inventory decisions across CPG and retail use cases

● Own Analytics Playbooks: End to end ownership Create modular, reusable playbooks for recurring business problems (e.g., promotion optimization, automated reporting, root cause analysis) that plug into our AI agent workflows or create new ones based on business briefs

● Partner with Product and Business Teams Convert ambiguous questions into structured analytics and help cross-functional teams act faster and smarter with data.

● Build forecasting models, demand prediction frameworks, and trend analysis tailored to the retail and CPG domain.

● Blend and transform multiple data sources (internal and external) to create unified, reliable views for downstream use.

● Leverage Python and SQL to perform complex exploratory analysis, trend deep-dives, and cohort segmentation.

● Translate technical data into clear narratives, including dash boarding, storytelling via LLMs, or direct business outputs.

● Power the Agentic Platform Work closely with product and AI teams to inject real-time insights into our super agents—structuring data to be machine-readable and action-oriented.

● Establish Truth Systems Build scalable data marts & pipelines, define KPIs, and own end-to-end quality validation. Your models are what leaders will trust to make big bets.

Qualifications Must-Haves:

● 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or product analytics roles with clear impact on strategy or revenue.

● Proficiency in SQL and Python for data wrangling, analysis, and model prototyping.

● Hands-on experience in building forecasting models, optimization frameworks, and KPI tracking systems.

● Familiarity with cloud-based tools (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Strong BI tool experience (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Big Query or similar).

● Experience designing scalable and maintainable data products or analytical workflows.

● Business fluency—you understand not just what happened, but why it matters. Ability to translate abstract requirements into sharp analytical outputs.

● Fluency in data storytelling, visualization, and surfacing business-critical insights.

● Familiarity with modern data stacks (DBT, Airflow, warehouse modeling).

● Experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or other GenAI tools.
