🚨 Job Opening: Technical Manager - Netcare
📍 Location: Koothatukulam Kochi, Kerala
🕑 Experience: Minimum 7 Years
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech in ECE (Electronics & Communication Engineering), preferably with an MBA
📜 Certifications Preferred: CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant network/telecom certifications
🛠 About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Manager to lead our Netcare Operations All India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FTTH (Fiber to the Home) technology, telecommunications, and customer support, along with proven team management and leadership skills.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technical engineers and support staff.
- Ensure efficient operations of FTTH networks and customer support systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Supervise field operations, maintenance, and fault resolution.
- Maintain high standards of network performance and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and service quality.
✅ Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of FTTH, networking, and telecom infrastructure
- Expertise in technical troubleshooting and customer support
- Hands-on experience in network configuration and diagnostics
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management abilities
📚 Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) preferably with MBA
- CCNA, CCNP, or similar network-related certifications (preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in Languages: Malayalam,Hindi,Kannada,Telugu & other Indian Languages
