We are looking for individual who has:

§  Worked on JAVA Projects for end to end responsibilities as a JAVA developer and now working as JAVA project management professional

§  With strong knowledge of JAVA application developments

Qualifications and Skill requirements

§  College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences

§  8+ years of Overall experience with minimum of 2 project management experience in automotive industry. As well as has worked as functional and/or Technical role in JAVA Application developments

§  Able to exhibit a progression of increasingly complex job responsibilities during the period.

§  Project Management Certification is a plus (PMP Certification, Prince2 or any other equivalent certification)

§  Must have good Communication & Interpersonal skills

§  Must have experience managing teams, leading techno-functional teams

§  Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts

§  Building commitment within the team

§  Work Location: Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana India

§  Travel: Should be open to traveling – to different office / plant locations within India depending on project need
