About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP S4, ABAP, TPM, and Fiori to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution architecture, hands-on technical depth in SAP S4 development, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of SAP S4 solutions across ABAP, TPM, and Fiori.

Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable and resilient trade promotion management (TPM) solutions.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams (Integration, Snowflake, Cybersecurity) to ensure all integrations align with enterprise standards.

Conduct design reviews, technical reviews, and sign-offs for solution delivery.

Support cross-functional integration with SAP S4 modules (SD/FICO, Demand Planning, CCM, Snowflake).

Collaborate with security teams to define technical/functional roles and ensure compliance.

Drive innovation and standardization by advocating scalable design patterns and best practices.

Must-Have Skills

Strong technical expertise in SAP S4 and proven S4 development experience.

In-depth knowledge of SD module (Pricing, OTC functionality) and FI-COPA.

Proficiency in Fiori (ODATA, CDS, Workflow implementation, Launchpad configuration).

Knowledge of SAP BAS.

Experience delivering 5+ end-to-end implementation projects.

Strong leadership skills to mentor, guide, and manage technical teams.

Experience in integration design patterns across multiple systems.

Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-team engagement.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Strong understanding of TPM process flows and data models.

Hands-on experience in 1–2 end-to-end TPM implementations.

12–15 years of experience in software development/solution architecture with TPM or SD/FI tools.

Exposure to TPM tools such as SAP TPM, CAS, Promax, Visualfabriq.

Familiarity with integration tools such as Azure Data Factory, SAP CPI, etc.
