EXECUTIVE ASST CUM COMMERCIAL:- 1 Proper Analysis of any task coming to CEO. Required to analyze,filter and consolidate be it payments or any document for sign or payment like cha ,tpt files 2 Monitor&nbsp;follow up in mails which you are cc. This has to be done by informing if someone has not submitted a task on the desired date/time. 3 Submission timley of invoices, debtor sheet, stock statement TO CEO's desk 4 Order processing methodology . Payment controlling and Making on tally , maintaning record of orders processed 5 Purchase emails- Systematic purchase emails as briefed 6 Follow up on email on tasks assigned to various colleagues by undersigned COOMERCIAL ROLE- KRA PDC management with bouncing email if any and&nbsp;follow up with Team (Nueve Enterprises ) Timely Reconciliation and keeping up to date all creditors – To be checked every month by reporting manager-Submit to Ops HOD every week for closing debit side(advances).Get signed copy RFM P&amp;L by 5th of each month to email CEOS desk&nbsp;alongwith invoice raised and batch not allotted matching debtors credit balance Responsible for TDS /GST payment &amp; Returns for Nueve Technologies&nbsp;AND Negen polysolutions by 17th of every month for GST and by 7 th for TDS.Deposit and return by this date Learning new skill of excel MIS presentation and GST&nbsp; .&nbsp;
