Below are the high-level requirements from the Neeyamo Side:

1. Help us develop in house payroll calculation engine

2. Explain us standard pay components and how it is handled with respect tax, Social Security & other statutory deductions

3. Provide details for local payroll and labor law compliance

4. Update us on the changes in country law for tax and statutory deduction

5. Assist us on client and prospect calls for queries about country payroll

6. Language Support on the payroll-related client calls another scope

7. Provide on ground on support for Compliance activities and Client visit as & when required
