Job Overview

We are seeking a Consultant in HR Services to join our team in Manila. This is a full-time position at the fresher level, perfect for candidates looking to begin their careers in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will work closely with multinational teams and leverage Neeyamo's advanced HR technologies to provide exceptional HR services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Willing to work onsite for night shift.
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource or BS Psychology.
• An understanding of human resource management concepts to effectively support HR processes and policies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact efficiently with global teams and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Adhere to set processes and procedures and abide by the processes laid for HR support
• Managing issues, escalations and reporting it to respective leads for further addressal
• Support Client HR Team with the execution of HR services, leveraging Neeyamo's enterprise tech-stack to manage employee workflows.
• Facilitate employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR procedures and policies.
• Handling day to day HR activities with accuracy
• Ensuring the SLA are met
• Contribute to building a positive employee experience through effective communication and support.
• Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned by the managers.
