Job role Description
Sales Manager- Pan India role requires an individual to articulate and implement the organisation's strategy for selling services. He/She develops forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability. He/She actively seeks out major customers and forms good relationships with key influencers and buyers. He/She is a team leader that is able to motivate and ensure a highly effective team of sales managers.
He/She has strong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills. He/She must have a good understanding of market demand and customer purchasing behaviour. He/She is also required to build and maintain quality relationships with customers, stakeholders and other companies.
Job Role and Responsibilities
· Work closely with all India team and top customers of Transformer Oil Private OEM Utilities Govt. Agencies to fortify their trust in our Services provided to build durable relationship.
· Enhance new and existing business development
· Implement and execute new Sales strategies successfully
· Ensure successful implementation of business plan Achieve Sales Targets within the specified timeframe
· Maintain efficient payment cycle to meet business requirement, ensuring Nil outstanding by adhering to NDL payment policy
· Constantly identify gaps and bridge those gaps to achieve business performance (with focus on npower sales across existing clients)
· Find new avenues to improve business bottom line by setting target by bringing new customers on board
· Ensure 90% adherence to Annual rate contract (ARC) business for last 3 FY’s business
· Work on hiring, motivating, developing and training sales team
· Ensure training on functional and behaviour skills for your team members, with 100% adherence
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Candidate should be BE with good academic track record. Having MBA degree is an added advantage 6-12 years’ experience in B2B segment would be an advantage
- Should have worked in Industrial service providing company, preferably in field of Transformer Maintenance, Transformer Testing and High Voltage Maintenance services.
- Should have managed PRIVATE INDUSTRIES, clients from FMCG / Steel / Cement / Pharma / Oil&Gas / Automobile etc. sectors. (as we have clients across all sectors.)
- Should be open to work in co-working space and travelling across India
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external customers of NDL Power Ltd.
- Should be able to establish SOP in sales function
- Should have clear understanding of customer decision making process and business conversion cycle
- Should have business acqumin with proper understanding of margins and cost
