We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at NCode Technologies Inc. Located in Ahmedabad, this full-time role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in business development. The selected individual will play a crucial role in expanding our clientele by leveraging their skills in lead generation, cold calling, and customer relationship management. Qualifications and Skills
- Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Demonstrable expertise in identifying and generating qualified leads to expand our customer base.
- Cold Calling (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to engage potential clients through effective and persuasive communication over the phone.
- Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Experience in managing and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Email Outreach: Proficiency in crafting and sending professional emails to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Sales Presentations: Capability to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate our value propositions.
- B2B Sales: Practical knowledge of business-to-business sales processes and strategies to facilitate successful transactions.
- Keen problem-solving abilities, enabling prompt resolution of client concerns while maintaining positive relations.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques and the ability to analyze complex data to influence sales strategies.
