Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at NCode Technologies Inc. Located in Ahmedabad, this full-time role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in business development. The selected individual will play a crucial role in expanding our clientele by leveraging their skills in lead generation, cold calling, and customer relationship management. As a key player in our business development efforts, you will contribute to the growth and success of our company.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Demonstrable expertise in identifying and generating qualified leads to expand our customer base.
  • Cold Calling (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to engage potential clients through effective and persuasive communication over the phone.
  • Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Experience in managing and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Email Outreach: Proficiency in crafting and sending professional emails to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Sales Presentations: Capability to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate our value propositions.
  • B2B Sales: Practical knowledge of business-to-business sales processes and strategies to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Keen problem-solving abilities, enabling prompt resolution of client concerns while maintaining positive relations.
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques and the ability to analyze complex data to influence sales strategies.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop relevant strategies and proposals that meet client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, supporting the development of innovative sales approaches.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and pitches aimed at securing new deals and contracts.
