Role Objective

The candidate shall get an opportunity to manage HR operations & statutory compliance in a fast growing and constantly evolving startup with a diverse and passionate workforce.

Role Responsibilities

·Implementing processes to ensure all employee related mandates are met within timelines.

·All statutory compliance including PF, ESIC,PT,LWF and CLRA.

·Working on all people related metrics, data, and dashboards. Proficiency in data and ability to work on excel would be required.

·Managing multiple internal & external stakeholders. Speed and timeline-orientation are a must.

·Understanding of onboarding process and salary structure.
