We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Information Technology Manager to take charge of key tools operations, deployment, and administration within our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Web Application Firewall (WAF), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Information Rights Management (IRM), and Proxy solutions.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Tool Operations and Optimization:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of WAF, DLP, IAM, IRM, and Proxy systems.

Optimize and fine-tune configurations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of these tools.

• Deployment:

Lead the deployment of new instances and updates for WAF, DLP, IAM, IRM, and Proxy technologies.

Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

• Administrative Duties:

Perform administrative tasks related to WAF, DLP, IAM, IRM, and Proxy platforms.

Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Security and Compliance:

Implement and enforce security policies across all key tools to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively address security challenges.

• Troubleshooting and Support:

Provide expert-level support for any issues related to WAF, DLP, IAM, IRM, and Proxy systems.

Collaborate with the support team to resolve escalated incidents in a timely manner.

• Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align IT solutions accordingly.

Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the IT team.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Security tools.

• Proven experience in deploying, administering, and optimizing WAF, DLP, IAM, IRM, and Proxy solutions.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

• Experience in leading and managing IT projects from inception to completion.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
