We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality leads across various sectors, including IT, Manufacturing, FMCG, and Non-IT.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing consultative solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new industry trends and business opportunities.
• Manage and qualify leads through effective communication and presentations.
• Negotiate and close deals to secure new client contracts.
• Maintain and update detailed client records and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams (recruiters, account managers) to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or a related sales role, preferably within the recruitment industry.
• Proven track record of generating leads and exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth understanding of the recruitment life cycle and best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship building and client management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
