Role: Analyst/ Sr Analyst – Finance (FP&amp;A) Location – Mumbai (Vikhroli) Shift: 1 pm – 10 pm CTC: upto 8 LPA Fixed + Variables SPOC : Sneha Acharya Desired Candidate:•	MBA/ CA Inter/ Bcom with 2 plus years’ experience in FP&amp;A&nbsp;•	FP&amp;A (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) – cannot be from Financial research or financial data analysis roles.&nbsp;•	Good Communication skills•	Should be comfortable working in 1 pm – 10 pm shift•	Candidates from Mumbai and within Maharashtra to be preferred.&nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;•	Process and execute the period-end accounting reports to support divisional / BU Finance managers.&nbsp;•	Assist and prepare various financial statements and management reports according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines•	Work closely with the team in preparation of monthly/yearly closing.•	Preparation of Amortization &amp; Prepayment Schedules.•	Perform Balance Sheet reviews, variance analysis and payroll analysis•	Participate in onshore review calls and provide commentaries on balance sheet &amp; P&amp;L items.•	Calculation of Work in Progress &amp; Deferred Income, post journals, reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts, payroll•	Review and analyse information from the general ledger and other accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness, undertake GL reconciliations, and take corrective action, as appropriate&nbsp;•	Work with BU Accountant/ Finance Controller/Finance Manager to prepare and submit inputs for weekly, bi-monthly &amp; month end reports•	Reviews with Business Leads for Forecasting revenue and costs Contact;Jeric7806801152
