Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.

Experience in team handling or leadership roles is preferred.

Good understanding of retail banking products and the financial services industry.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Proven ability to drive sales and manage field operations.

Willingness to travel locally and work under target pressure.
