Job Details:

Talent Acquisition Executive / Lead (BPO Recruitment/Hiring)

Timing: 9am to 6pm IST (Monday - Friday)

Experience: 6 months to 6 years

Location: Greater Noida Sector 4 (Work from Office)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand the manpower requirement of the clients.
• Sourcing of CV's from various channels like own database, portals, social media.
• Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking and Follow-up, processing CV's, Updating / maintaining Internal Database.
• Analyze requirements according to the specification mentioned by the clients.
• Procuring and screening resumes for the current hiring needs of the various requirements.
• Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the organizations requirements.
• Evaluating the candidate skills and competencies including communication skills, interpersonal skills, confidence level, and presentation.
• Identifying the potential candidates through various sources to fill the vacancies and stimulating them to apply for the jobs.
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job.
• Organizing interviews for candidates.
• Comfortable working both on permanent & C2H (Contract to hire) Positions.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
