Job Objective

The Restaurant Manager will focus on evaluating team performance and optimizing operational efficiency for Just Sundaes. The ideal candidate will be committed to surpassing customer expectations and elevating overall dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations in the restaurant ensuring seamless workflow.
• Deliver superior service, promptly addressing customer complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Regularly review product quality, research new vendors and estimate future needs for supplies to maintain standards.
• Supervise shifts, streamline operations and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Manage the restaurant's reputation, control operational costs and minimize waste to optimize efficiency.
• Generate comprehensive reports on revenues, expenses and performance.
• Engage with the local community through word-of-mouth and events, promoting the brand effectively.
• Recommend strategies for reaching a broader audience such as implementing discounts and social media ads.
• Conduct training sessions for staff to uphold proper customer service practices and enhance productivity.
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operation.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the QSR/Restaurants/Café industry.
• Graduate, preferably in Hotel/Hospitality Management or related degree.
