Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices
• Familiarity with inventory management software, such as SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure proper inventory management and accurate record-keeping of all incoming and outgoing goods
• Coordinate the shipping and receiving of goods, including loading and unloading trucks
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity
• Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance, including productivity, efficiency, and accuracy
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or warehouse operations
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Logistics, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of goods
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to streamline warehouse operations
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse management
