Roles and Responsibilities:

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Technical Recruiter (Team Lead) in Hyderabad to support ongoing U.S. client service delivery.

Job Summary:

• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages.

• Minimum 6 months to 2 Years of Experience in US Staffing experience 

• Should have very good experience in Permanent & Contract Staffing.

• Expert in active searches US Market Job Portals

• Highly motivated individual able to grasp complex technologies, tools or knowledge and learn quickly.

• Responsible for handling a team to work on IT requirements from US based clients.

• Should be experienced in an Individual Sourcing capacity.

• Responsible for full cycle recruiting interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for

assigned requisitions.

• Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client

interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.

• Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.

• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submission into interview and placement.

• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

• Must have capability to work with a team.

• Updates about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.

• Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up

Requirement:

• NO REMOTE – Work at office

• Willing to work in complete Night Shift

• US IT Recruiting Experience is Mandatory

• Excellent Communication is a must

• Staffing industry experience is a plus

• Experience in any domain is fine and would be considered.

• Minimal computer knowledge is a must. Let’s say, using Excel, Word, Outlook
