Qualifications and Skills

• Telugu Communication (Mandatory skill) – exceptional verbal fluency in Telugu with the ability to articulate clearly and reliably connect with the target audience during presentations or events in the regional language.
• Public Speaking – confidence and experience in addressing both small and large groups, ensuring audience engagement and delivering key messages effectively in live or recorded settings.
• Storytelling – ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with viewers, enhancing the impact of real estate offerings and building trust with potential investors.
• On-Camera Presence – comfort and proficiency in appearing on camera, maintaining professionalism, and projecting a charismatic and relatable image for company videos or livestreams.
• Event Hosting – skill in managing live events, launches, or open house sessions, keeping the proceedings lively, organized, and aligned with brand values throughout.
• Time Management – adept at planning, organizing, and executing multiple assignments efficiently to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Script Reading – capability to interpret and deliver scripted material naturally while adapting tone and style in real-time to maintain audience interest and pacing.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Telugu anchor for company broadcasts, video presentations, and live events, ensuring authentic and impactful communication with diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and event teams to prepare and deliver compelling content about property layouts, investment opportunities, and company achievements.
• Host open houses, project inaugurations, award ceremonies, and customer engagement programs, representing the brand with poise and enthusiasm.
• Prepare, rehearse, and present information—scripted or spontaneous—regarding real estate projects, offers, or brand news, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Engage with prospective clients and investors during both digital and physical events, addressing queries and guiding conversations to highlight our unique selling points.
• Adapt content delivery based on audience feedback and context, ensuring each presentation is relevant and increases audience interest in Narayana Infra projects.
• Maintain a consistent and professional on-camera presence while promoting positive public relations for the company across media channels.
• Support the creative team in developing new content formats and innovative engagement strategies to enhance Narayana Infra’s visibility in the market.
