Narayana Infra is looking for a skilled Stenographer to assist in documentation, meetings, and internal communication. The role involves shorthand writing, transcription, and maintaining accurate records to support management and operational teams.

Core Responsibilities:

• Take dictation in shorthand during meetings and discussions
• Prepare official letters, reports, and internal documentation
• Maintain records of meetings, minutes, and communications
• Assist management in daily administrative tasks
• Handle confidential documents with discretion
• Organize and maintain files and digital records
• Coordinate with different departments for documentation support

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in shorthand (minimum 80–100 WPM)
• Good typing speed with high accuracy
• Strong command of English, Telugu, Hindi (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and documentation tools
• Excellent listening and note-taking skills
• Attention to detail and confidentiality handling
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Basic administrative and coordination skills

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a stenographer or similar role
• Experience in real estate or corporate office is a plus
