Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate and convert leads into successful sales.
• Guide clients through property selection, site visits, negotiation, and closing processes.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on current market trends, competitive projects, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless client experiences.
• Represent the company at property expos, open houses, and promotional events.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in real estate sales or a strong background in high-ticket sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and industry regulations.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and/or local language is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
