We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Hyderabad office. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for freshers passionate about real estate sales. You will support our sales operations, engage with potential clients, and help convert inquiries into successful deals in Hyderabad’s thriving property market.

Qualifications and Skills
- Sales Pitching (Mandatory skill): must demonstrate confidence in delivering persuasive pitches tailored to diverse client needs to maximize conversion rates.
- Negotiation: ability to effectively influence and mediate between different parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Site Visits: willingness and readiness to organize, conduct, and follow up on property site tours for prospective clients.
- Cold Calling: skill in initiating contact with potential customers and nurturing their interest through structured outreach practices.
- Lead Generation: proactive in identifying and qualifying new leads by leveraging multiple channels and maintaining accurate records.
- Product Knowledge: comprehensive understanding of Narayana Infra’s properties, layouts, and offerings to address client inquiries effectively.
- Client Relationship Management: adept at maintaining long-term relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction and repeat engagements.
- CRM Software: familiarity with customer relationship management tools to track prospects, leads, interactions, and help manage sales processes seamlessly.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in reaching monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic client engagement and deal closures.
- Conduct site visits with prospective clients, showcasing property features and responding to queries with accurate information.
- Facilitate cold calling and lead generation activities to expand the prospective client base in line with company objectives.
- Present compelling product pitches, tailored to the client’s investment requirements, to create strong buying interest.
- Act as a liaison between clients and management, ensuring clear communication and enhanced customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate offers and finalize agreements under guidance of the senior sales team while maintaining professionalism and client trust.
- Maintain up-to-date records of interactions, follow-ups, and client data in CRM software to streamline sales management and reporting.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and Narayana Infra’s property developments to deliver informed recommendations.
