- Data Entry (Mandatory skill): accuracy and proficiency in capturing, updating, and maintaining detailed business and client records.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients for plotting layout sales using inbound, outbound, and cold calling strategies.
- Maintain accurate client data, update CRM systems, and ensure consistent data entry for all sales activities and leads.
- Develop and sustain excellent relationships with prospects and existing clients to support long-term business growth.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities and identify emerging opportunities in the Hyderabad real estate sector.
- Present investment benefits and property details during client meetings, site visits, or digital presentations.
- Negotiate terms and finalize plotting layout sales agreements in alignment with company policies and client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth transaction processing and after-sales support for clients.
