Job Overview
This junior-level, full-time Sales position is based in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The role seeks individuals with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in real estate or sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving land and plotting layout sales, engaging with potential investors, and contributing to customer growth while supporting the company’s expanding reach in the real estate sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Cold Calling (Mandatory skill): Ability to proactively contact and engage potential clients by phone to generate interest and leads in plotting layouts.
- Lead Generation: Proven experience in identifying prospects through various channels to expand the sales pipeline and increase opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Negotiation: Capable of handling pricing discussions and closing deals beneficial for both the customer and the company.
- Real Estate Sales: Prior experience in selling real estate products, especially land or plotting layouts, with a good understanding of the local market.
- Site Visits: Willingness and ability to conduct on-site visits with clients to showcase and explain project features and investment benefits.
- CRM Software: Hands-on experience with CRM software for storing leads, tracking conversations, and managing the sales process efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to explain products, resolve objections, and deliver presentations to diverse clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to develop the sales pipeline for plotting layouts.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are kept engaged throughout the sales process.
- Conduct property and site visits with prospects to demonstrate the value of investment in Narayana Infra projects.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets in alignment with company goals.
- Maintain updated records of activities and leads using CRM software, enabling accurate reporting and effective follow-up.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and attend industry events as a brand ambassador for Narayana Infra.
- Stay updated with real estate trends and competitor activities to offer informed counsel and insights to clients.
- Collect and transmit customer feedback to management to enhance offerings and improve customer service standards.
