Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Real Estate Sales professional to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in real estate sales. You will play a significant role in driving sales, managing client relations, and converting leads into successful investments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Cold Calling (Mandatory skill): Proven expertise in outbound cold calls to prospective clients and following sales scripts to generate new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular engagement and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead Generation: Strong skill in identifying, pursuing, and nurturing leads to steadily build a solid sales pipeline and maximize conversion rates.
- CRM Software: Experience with using customer relationship management tools to effectively track leads, communication, and client engagement history.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for clear interaction with clients and team members, ensuring transparency in all dealings.
- Negotiation: Capable of skillfully negotiating deals and handling objections while maintaining a focus on win-win outcomes for the company and clients.
- Site Visits: Willingness and ability to conduct site visits efficiently, present property features, and address client queries on-site for higher conversion chances.
- Time Management: Exceptional organization and time management skills to handle multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups without compromising on quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads and contribute to the company’s sales pipeline growth.
- Maintain close and consistent contact with prospective and existing clients, understanding their requirements, and addressing their concerns proactively.
- Organize and conduct property site visits for clients, highlighting the unique features and advantages of Narayana Infra’s plotting layouts.
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction experience.
- Regularly update client data in the CRM software, track sales activities, follow up on leads, and prepare periodic sales reports for management review.
- Negotiate deals effectively, striving for mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives and meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and administration for seamless execution of sales strategies and post-sale support.
- Stay informed on market trends, changes in regulations, and competitor strategies to provide clients with accurate and current information.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible)
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Accommodation: Free accommodation will be provided
