Job Title: Senior PPC & Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven, high-caliber Senior PPC Specialist to own our paid search and social strategy. In this role, you won't just manage budgets; you will be responsible for the architecture of our growth. You will design, execute, and optimize complex multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable ROI. The ideal candidate has a "test-and-learn" mindset and can translate massive datasets into actionable business intelligence.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead the overarching PPC strategy across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Budget Management: Oversee six-to-seven-figure monthly spends, ensuring optimal allocation to hit aggressive CAC and ROAS targets.
- Advanced Optimization: Perform deep-dive keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B split testing on ad copy and landing pages.
- Technical Tracking: Partner with dev teams to ensure flawless conversion tracking, GA4 integration, and server-side tagging.
- Automation & Scripts: Utilize scripts and automated bidding strategies to improve account efficiency.
- Reporting: Deliver high-level performance dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting insights beyond just "clicks" and "impressions.".
Skills:
PPC Automation & Scripting: Ability to write or implement JavaScript snippets (Google Ads Scripts) to automate bidding, pause underperforming keywords at 3 AM, or adjust bids based on weather/real-time inventory.
Data Science for Marketing: Proficiency in BigQuery or SQL to pull raw data and find patterns that standard dashboards miss.
API Integration: Experience connecting CRM data (like Salesforce or HubSpot) back into Google/Meta via Offline Conversion Tracking (OCT) to tell the platforms which leads actually bought a plot.
Full-Funnel Architecture: Ability to build campaigns that distinguish between Top-of-Funnel (awareness), Middle (consideration), and Bottom (conversion/booking).
Advanced Tracking & Attribution: Deep knowledge of GA4 (Google Analytics 4), GTM (Google Tag Manager), and server-side tracking to combat data loss from iOS14+ privacy updates.
GMC & Feed Management: Expert at optimizing Product Feeds in Google Merchant Center for Shopping and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns.
Media Buying Psychology: Mastery of "Hook, Body, and CTA" frameworks for ad copy that converts leads into site visits.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Agency experience is a plus).
- Platform Mastery: Expert-level certification in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint. Deep knowledge of the Google Merchant Center and Product Feed optimization.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation.
- The "Why": A proven track record of scaling accounts while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics.
- Copywriting: A keen eye for high-converting ad copy and a solid understanding of psychological triggers in marketing.
