The position is available in Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Visakhapatnam, and Kurnool. Flexible work arrangements include Full-Time, Part-Time, Internship, and Freelance roles.

Qualifications and Skills

• Public Speaking (Mandatory skill): Ability to engage audiences with confidence and clarity during live or recorded sessions is essential for success in this role.
• Presentation skills: Capable of conveying information in a compelling, organized, and audience-appropriate manner during events and recordings.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal communication to interact with diverse audiences, management, and other stakeholders professionally.
• Storytelling: Ability to craft and narrate stories that engage viewers and effectively communicate project value and company vision.
• Content scripting: Skillful in creating and adapting scripts for various formats, ensuring message consistency and audience engagement.
• Team collaboration: Able to work harmoniously with content creators, marketing teams, and technical staff to prepare and deliver effective segments.
• Script reading: Proficient in interpreting and delivering scripted content with natural flow, adapting to last-minute changes as required.
• Time management: Ability to manage tight broadcast schedules and logistics while maintaining composure and quality output under deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as the on-screen or on-stage representative during live or pre-recorded real estate presentations and events.
• Collaborate with content teams to understand project highlights and develop engaging scripts for anchor segments.
• Present investment opportunities, project developments, and company vision to prospective clients and audiences in a compelling manner.
• Prepare for anchoring responsibilities by researching project details and local context to enhance credibility and relevance.
• Assist in the creation and adaptation of multimedia content, working closely with production and marketing teams.
• Participate in rehearsals and provide input to improve the quality and effectiveness of scripts and presentations.
• Engage with viewers and visitors during events, answering questions knowledgeably and representing the company brand professionally.
• Meet established timelines for recording and delivering content while adhering to organizational guidelines and expectations.
