Qualifications and Skills

• Public Speaking (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated confidence and clarity when speaking to various audiences or appearing in front of the camera.
• Time Management: Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments within deadlines as required by an anchor's fast-paced routine.
• Team Collaboration: Skilled in working collaboratively with the production team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
• Camera Facing: Comfortable and natural with on-camera presentation, maintaining an engaging and professional demeanor throughout shoots and live sessions.
• Presentation Skills: Capable of structuring engaging scripts, delivering content in a clear and compelling manner to diverse viewers.
• Interviewing: Able to conduct insightful interviews with company executives, clients, and guests, extracting relevant information confidently and professionally.
• Content Writing: Proficient in drafting scripts, promotional materials, and social media content that aligns with brand messaging and company goals.
• Storytelling: Strong ability to weave engaging narratives around real estate projects and investment opportunities, connecting audience interest with company offerings.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Hosting company events, webinars, videos, and presentations by acting as the face of Narayana Infra in both internal and public-facing engagements.
• Collaborating with the content and marketing teams to develop scripts, rehearse presentations, and ensure messaging aligns with company objectives.
• Conducting interviews with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members to share impactful stories and insights with a broader audience.
• Supporting the production team during shoots by following direction, maintaining energy on set, and adapting to real-time feedback for content improvements.
• Assisting in the creation and editing of audiovisual material, such as social media reels or YouTube content, under supervision of senior staff.
• Engaging viewers by delivering well-structured, informative, and persuasive messages about the company's projects and real estate offerings.
• Participating in promotional activities, contributing to online campaigns, and amplifying the brand's voice through interactive sessions and live streams.
• Adhering to deadlines and ensuring the timely delivery of all tasks assigned, maintaining high professionalism and punctuality at all times.
