Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-consistent graphics across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media. You’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to bring concepts to life and elevate the brand's visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design creative assets for digital and print media (e.g. social media posts, website graphics, banners, presentations, brochures, ads, email campaigns).
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visuals.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all channels.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to support campaign development.
• Prepare final designs for production, including optimizing files for web, print, and mobile use.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and other design tools (e.g. Figma, Canva).
• Solid understanding of design principles including typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
• Experience designing for both digital and print formats.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to take feedback and iterate designs accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design principles.
• Familiarity with branding, UI/UX, and responsive design.
• Previous work experience in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
