Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Narayana Infra. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad, Secunderabad. The ideal candidate should have up to 6 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop as it is a mandatory skill for creating and editing high-quality graphics and images.
• Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles to effectively create impactful and targeted visual content.
• Experience in designing graphics for social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging and brand-consistent.
• Ability to develop and maintain brand identity through consistent and visually appealing design elements.
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator for creating vector-based graphics and illustrations for various marketing materials.
• Proficiency in layout design, creating visually harmonious and functional design structures across different media.
• Knowledge of color theory to select appropriate color schemes that enhance visual appeal and brand recognition.
• Experience in motion graphics to create dynamic and interactive visual content that captivates the audience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and design innovative graphics and layouts for real estate marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Develop visual content for social media channels to enhance brand presence and engage with the audience effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with company goals and campaigns.
• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across various platforms and media.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continually improve design processes and outputs.
• Work closely with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of design projects.
• Provide design support for additional company needs as required, including presentations and internal communications.
