Narayana Infra is seeking an experienced Female Telecaller to engage potential clients and provide comprehensive information about our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support, preferably in the real estate sector, and must be fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and offer detailed insights into our real estate projects.
• Address inquiries, clarify project details, and schedule site visits.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and support sales conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update lead databases.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline client engagement and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer service, ideally within the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Strong persuasive skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications for data management and reporting.
