Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Run Google Ads campaigns for lead generation
• Create landing pages & funnels
• Optimize campaigns for CPL (Cost Per Lead)
• Manage WhatsApp & CRM lead flow
• Content strategy for Reels, YouTube & social media
• Audience targeting & retargeting
• Daily reporting and performance analysis

Requirements:

• 1–3 years digital marketing experience (Real Estate preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Lead generation campaign experience
• Basic design understanding (Canva / creatives)
• Knowledge of funnels & landing pages
• Analytical mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Real estate marketing experience
• CRM handling
• Video marketing knowledge
• Automation tools
