Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Data Entry professional to join our team at Narayana Infra in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position for candidates with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The role will be a critical part of our real estate operations, ensuring the highest standards in data accuracy, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Data Entry (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise in fast and accurate entry of large volumes of data with minimum errors over extended periods (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in using CRM Software for managing and updating client, lead, and property records with utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
- Exceptional English communication abilities to create, read, and interpret all written documents and correspondence clearly and effectively.
- Strong hands-on experience in comprehensive Document Management, including digital filing, scanning, retrieval, and secure data storage processes.
- Database Management: Able to organize, update, query, and maintain data integrity across various internal and external systems.
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute with tested efficiency and high attention to detail in checking outputs for discrepancies.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools to interpret, summarize, and present key data trends to relevant stakeholders concisely.
- In-depth knowledge of Property Documentation, including legal papers, agreements, and compliance requirements relevant to real estate operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and verify property and client information within company databases and CRM tools to maintain accurate records.
- Process, organize, and maintain all real estate documentation, digital files, and property layouts, ensuring compliance and data security.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather, collate, and reconcile data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Support the preparation of reports and generate useful data visualizations for management decision-making and investor communications.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors in data entries, coordinating corrective actions and reporting significant discrepancies.
- Provide timely support to sales and administrative teams through effective data management, document handling, and property record-keeping.
- Monitor and enforce company policies regarding data confidentiality, document control, and secure information sharing at all stages.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to continuous improvements in data management processes and documentation best practices.
