Job Overview

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position dedicated to supporting the design, planning, and execution of land development projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our core operations, ensuring high standards of engineering and successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in construction management with proven ability to coordinate, supervise, and oversee projects from inception to completion (Mandatory skill).
• Hands-on experience in civil estimation to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts for real estate and infrastructure projects.
• Working knowledge of quantity surveying to manage quantities and costs, supporting resource optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, driving effective communication with architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Expertise in site layout planning to optimize land use, infrastructure placement, and compliance with zoning regulations.
• Competence in interpreting and preparing construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Solid understanding of land development processes, including surveying, grading, drainage, and infrastructure execution.
• Attention to detail in project documentation, including maintaining records, generating progress reports, and complying with regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing plotting layout and land development projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless workflow and timely project delivery.
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret civil estimation and quantity survey reports to support decision-making and cost control.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and site layouts, verifying compliance with company requirements and best practices.
• Monitor daily site activities to enforce safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance throughout all project phases.
• Support documentation processes, including records of work progress, material usage, and issue tracking as per company standards.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges by providing practical engineering solutions in coordination with the senior engineering team.
• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing technical knowledge and insights to enhance project outcomes and company goals.
