Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Anchor Interns to join our vibrant team in Hyderabad. This internship is ideal for freshers with 0–1 years of experience who are passionate about public speaking and engaging audiences. Qualifications and Skills

• Public speaking experience and confidence in addressing diverse audiences in person and on camera (Mandatory).
• Effective client communication skills to build rapport and clearly convey messages to potential and existing clients.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging content to a variety of audience sizes and backgrounds.
• Proficient in content creation, including scripts, talking points, and social media-ready material tailored for real estate audiences.
• Demonstrated on-camera presence and comfort being recorded for video promotions, social content, or company events.
• Excellent time management, able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and impact.
• Quick improvisation abilities to respond to unexpected situations, audience questions, or last-minute changes during live sessions.
• Creative storytelling skills to connect with viewers and convey key messages about projects or offerings.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Narayana Infra at events, project launches, and promotional activities, both on-site and on digital platforms.
• Host live and recorded segments highlighting new plotting layouts, investment opportunities, and infrastructure features.
• Engage with clients through presentations, Q&A sessions, and interactive forums, representing the company with professionalism.
• Create and deliver compelling scripts and stories that effectively communicate the benefits and value proposition of Narayana Infra projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ideate fresh content and ensure alignment with company branding and objectives.
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, adapting quickly to evolving plans or audience needs during live engagements.
• Schedule, plan, and manage live sessions and shoots efficiently to maximize reach and impact.
